Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Alejandro AO courses, subscriptions, and related community features.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You may not share paid access, interfere with the platform, scrape private content, or use the service unlawfully.
Subscriptions And Refunds
Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Billing is handled by Polar. You can manage or cancel billing from the subscription page. Refunds are considered case by case when requested within 14 days of payment, unless applicable law requires a different rule.
Content Ownership
Course materials, videos, code examples, and site content are owned by Alejandro AO or licensed to Alejandro AO. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to access the content.
Availability And Liability
The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alejandro AO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account from the profile area.
