Data We Collect
We collect account details such as your email address, name, profile image, authentication provider identifiers, course progress, and subscription status. Payments are processed by Polar; we store Polar customer and subscription identifiers, but not full payment card details.
Analytics And Cookies
If you consent, we use Google Analytics and Hotjar to understand traffic, product usage, and conversion funnels. Analytics scripts are blocked until you opt in from the cookie banner. Functional cookies and similar storage are used for authentication, preferences, and security.
How We Use Data
We use data to provide access to courses, authenticate users, track learning progress, manage subscriptions, send transactional email, prevent abuse, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention
Account and progress data is retained while your account is active. Subscription records are retained as needed for billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account from the profile area.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, including under GDPR or CCPA, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing your cookie preference.
